Lana Manaweil Zaghmout is currently the Occupied Properties Program Manager at the Detroit Land Bank Authority. She is working on developing and implementing programs for Detroiters to gain and maintain homeownership. The main program under occupied properties is the Buy Back Pilot Program. Previously, she worked as a Senior Policy Analyst for Detroit City Council and as a Finance/Program Officer for the American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee. She graduated from Wayne State University Law School in 2012 and from Wayne State University in 2009 with a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Political Science.
