Julie Cnossen holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from Grand Valley State University and has worked with persons experiencing homelessness since 2004. Julie's areas of expertise are in program innovation and development, staff supervision, trauma-informed care, and individual and family counseling. Julie has extensive experiencing in writing, managing, and overseeing Federal, State, and local grants. Julie is a current Executive Board member of the Michigan Network for Youth and Families and through this role assists other youth providers across the state with technical support and training. Julie is a current member of the Kent and Ottawa County CoCs and is committed to the work of achieving functional zero for all youth experiencing homelessness.
